In Germany, a company produces 100% natural brushes thanks to blind craftsmen.

It's called Blindenhilfswerk Dresden, and its bylaws aim to integrate people with disabilities, who often risk being marginalized in society, through work. Among the items they sell are not only brushes, but also brooms and paintbrushes.

Getting people with disabilities out of the solitude social in which they are too often relegated. And do it through work., a way to make them feel useful to the community and at the same time earn a living. This is the goal of the Blindenhilfswerk Dresden, a German company that produces beautiful brushes thanks to competent blind craftsmen.

Inside the Blindenhilfswerk Dresden laboratory, these blind workers have undergone a real journey. After learning the rudiments of the trade, they have become experts in the field, managing to produce high quality items and, at the same time, to give value to their time. Among the creations of these artisans are: brushes for cleaning and caressing the pets but also for body care, kitchen brooms and brushes.

The products are all handmade with quality materials, and 100 percent naturalAmong the raw materials used are goat bristles, which are used to create items with a retro feel or extremely modern designs. In this way, artisans find fulfillment in their work, allowing them to once again feel an integral part of a community.
