The Biroccio, which in Milanese is called the cart, takes its name from the ancient cart used to transport and sell a wide variety of goods in the city's various neighborhoods. Every day, the Apecar takes a specific route, which residents can find on the website.
RISOTTO STREET FOOD IN MILAN –
The idea came from four young Milanese entrepreneurs, who are thinking of increasing the number of Ape cars in circulation, among whom are also partners and chefs of the historic Trattoria La Pesa. And It is also possible to organize private events, parties and receptions through the website, with personalized menus.As for the price, the hot saffron risotto at Biroccio costs 7 euros a plate.
