BASIL LIQUEUR RECIPE

BASIL LIQUEUR RECIPE

Before presenting you our ancient recipe, we make just one recommendation: before drinking the basil liqueur, it is best to wait at least two months after its preparation. Only then will its flavor be full and complete.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of basil
  • 35 cl of alcohol
  • 45 cl of water
  • 350 gr. of sugar

Preparation

  • Remove the basil leaves from the plants, wash them, let them dry, place them in a small container with alcohol, close them and let them macerate for 3-4 days.
  • Make a syrup with sugar and water, boil it, let it cool and pour it into the tree.
  • Shake well, filter and bottle.
