Banana Mousse: The Simplest Recipe

BANANA MOUSSE

A truly delicious and easy-to-make banana mousse. Here's the full recipe.

Ingredients

Mousse

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • lemon to taste
  • 300 g of whipping cream

Crispy

  • 75 g of butter
  • 45 g of sugar
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 yolk
  • 15 g of powdered almond flour
  • 125 g flour
  • Salt to taste
  • water to taste
  • 1 spoon of bitter cocoa

Gelato

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 500 g of cream
  • 500 g of sugar
  • 12 yolks
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, cook the ripe bananas with a little lemon and leave to cool.
  • Add the whipping cream and blend.
  • Mix all the brittle ingredients together; pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 185°C (350°F) for 25 minutes. Crumble until crumbled.
  • Place all the cinnamon ice cream ingredients in the ice cream maker.

PRESENTATION

Plate by placing the banana mousse in the center, a spoonful of ice cream and the crumbled brittle.
