Carla is only 16 years old, but it was enough for her to organize a real expedition to help the Ukrainian population Fleeing the war-torn country. A courageous and deeply meaningful gesture, coming from a young woman raised in a family that has always been involved in civil volunteer work.
CARLA BARTOLI
Carla Bartoli is Favara, a small town in the province of Agrigento (the distance is just ten kilometers). And from here a bus left, which she personally organized, with blankets, food and hygiene products: all intended for the Ukrainian refugees escaped to Poland.
The bus has indeed arrived in Lublin, Poland, after a journey of 2.813 kilometers. And on its return, it won't be empty, but will carry 50 refugees who will be hosted in Favara, whose residents have generously opened their doors to a group of Ukrainian refugees.

FARM CULTURAL PARK
Carla, as we mentioned, is a daughter of artists. Her parents have always been committed to revitalizing Favara's potential and preserving its historical and artistic heritage. Thus, Andrea Bartoli and his wife Florinda Saieva founded the association, with the aim of creating spaces in the historic center that can attract visitors.
A total of 15 areas have been identified, where artworks have been created as urban furnishings, in addition to street art and new green spaces. A small school, called Prime Minister, has even been created for young women who want to explore the issues of participation in public life. Carla has done just that, having participated in Prime Minister's courses since its inception, and perhaps for this reason, she has been able to carry out such an important and meaningful initiative for the Ukrainian people.
