How to make apple and ginger cake
Apple and ginger cake is really easy to make with this recipe. And you can eat it any time of day, from breakfast to a snack.
Ingredients
- 250 00 grams of flour
- 250 g of sugar (also brown sugar)
- 6 eggs
- 180 g of rennet apple puree
- 120 g of seed oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Preparation
- Mix in a bowl the apple puree with the oil and the gingerThen gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then gradually incorporate them into the apple mixture.
- Pour the mixture in a tall, ring-shaped pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Turn the mold upside down Let it cool, then unmold the cake by running a knife around the edge. It's essential to let the cake cool completely upside down, otherwise the batter risks collapsing and losing its typical, soft consistency.
