ADVANTAGES OF MOVING
Moving is one of the most common dramas. I'm not exaggerating, it's a trauma that causes stress , anxiety, and depression , much like mourning. A life balance is disrupted, some habits change, objects that have accompanied us for a lifetime evaporate. And in some cases, there's also a downsizing effect that certainly doesn't make us feel good.
Yet clearing out a house , or even an office , is an opportunity not to be missed. To organize our minds, of course, and to reorganize a hierarchy of things according to their real usefulness. This is what is called decluttering in jargon , that is, cleaning out. But the greater opportunity is to test our generosity and our sensitivity.

HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR MOVE
Let's face it: every time you clear out a house or office, there's always a mountain of stuff, especially furniture , to get rid of. It's ripe for waste. It often ends up on the street, or in the municipal waste stream. I've looked at practical guides for clearing out apartments, and they all list three verbs, equivalent to three boxes to fill: keep , give away , and sell.
I suggest you narrow these options down to one: donate . Think about it for a moment, and you'll realize how many things in your life are truly useless, how many objects are simply cumbersome, how many materials are just a hindrance. So why not try to make someone in need happy? Just contact a parish, a good volunteer organization , a retirement home for the elderly or the homeless. And one of your cabinets, or one of your appliances, will have made someone else, or an entire family, happy.

ADVANTAGES OF MOVING
Moving with gusto also has two side effects, both beneficial. You reduce expenses : you'll have fewer things to transport from one place to another. And you reduce unnecessary clutter , meaning you do the cleaning that takes so much effort when we're always in the same place. Add all of this, and add that pinch of gratification that comes from your display of generosity, and you'll have discovered that moving is no longer a traumatic experience.
