RICOTTA PLUMCAKE RECIPE –

SOFT RICOTTA PLUMCAKE RECIPE –
Here then, step by step, the ricotta plumcake recipe:
Ingredients
- 200 g fresh ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 1,5 dl of milk
- 30 g butter
- 280 grams of flour
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them with the milk and oil. Also add 250 g of flour Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix to avoid lumps. Finally, add the ricotta and mix all the ingredients well until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 160˚C, grease and flour a loaf pan, and pour in the batter. Bake for about 30-40 minutes: check for doneness using a toothpick.
