Riciclarte: A website for artists who work with waste.

Carmela La Salandra has created a true digital archive, accessible with a simple click. And you can visit the works of very special artists, from all over Italy.

Reuse of recycled materials
Carmela La Salandra She is not only an artist with passion, curiosity and interests, but has become, in just a few years, the true leader of a community of artists, present in all Italian regions, who have a typically Non-Waste characteristic in common: they create works through the recycling of materials.
Paper, plastic, wood, fabric. Everything can be used as raw material to create works, from oil to sculptures, inspired by the philosophy of reuse. Carmela offers all artists a virtual space online on the platform Riciclarte, where everyone can exhibit and discuss their work. Visitors to the site can then access the artists directly, either by searching for them by region or by the materials they use for their work.

Participating in the project is very easy: you don't pay anything and you will receive the results by email. inforiciclarte.it the completed registration form, a photo of the author, the works (no more than twenty), all in a zipped folder.
Thus, she has created the most important Italian archive of artists, with their works, who work from recycled materials. The platform features 370 artists with 1.700 works on display, while Riciclarte has become a site followed by 48 followers on social media with over 1 million interactions.
