How to make pumpkin pie with amaretti biscuits

Ingredients
- 300g of pumpkin to boil or bake
- 2 eggs
- 150 g of sugar (half white – half cane)
- 150 gr flour 0
- 50 g starch
- 50 g buckwheat flour
- 125 ml of oil
- 6 crushed amaretti biscuits
- 1 sachet of cream of tartar
- 1 level teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa for the drawing
Preparation
- Cook the pumpkin in a little water and then let it cool.
- Beat the eggs well with the sugar, add the flour, oil, pumpkin mashed with a fork, amaretti biscuits, cream of tartar and sifted bicarbonate of soda (alternatively, half a sachet of baking powder).
- Pour everything into a mold (max 24 cm) leaving aside a small portion of the mixture to which you will add the sifted cocoa.
- Place the cocoa mixture in the center of the cake and use a knife to spread the mixture from the center outward, without mixing the two types of mixture too much.
- Bake at 160° for about 40 minutes.
