How to make potato gateau without butter

To prepare the gateau without butter you need the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 120g cooked ham (or other cold cuts)
- 120 gr mozzarella
- 100g scamorza (or other similar cheese such as provola)
- 100g of parmesan (60g in the mixture + 40g for sprinkling)
- 2 eggs
- 2 boiled eggs
- Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Preparation
- Boil the potatoes and wait for them to cool.
- In a bowl, mash the potatoes, add the eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the ingredients well.
- In a bowl lined with baking paper, form a first layer with half of the mixture.
- Now cut the cooked ham, scamorza, and mozzarella into cubes and place them on the first layer.

- Cover everything with the remaining half of the mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
