  • Let the orange cream thicken over low heat for about ten minutes, then let it cool for another 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees, roll out the shortbread on a floured pastry board and press it onto the base and sides of a 24 cm diameter pan lined with baking paper.
  • Spread the prepared orange cream over the pastry base, smoothing the surface with a spatula. Bake for 25 minutes.
