Lemon Sorbet Recipe Without an Ice Cream Maker

LEMON SORBET RECIPE
To prepare the sorbet Lemon; You don't need an ice cream maker; just ice cube trays and a blender or food processor. Here's how:
Ingredients (For 6 people)
- 500 ml of water
- 200 grams of sugar
- 180 ml of lemon juice
- The zest of half a lemon
Preparation
- To begin, empty the lemons of their contents without ruining the peel external: they will serve as cups to contain the sorbet.
- Melt in a saucepanOver very low heat, combine the sugar and water until a syrup forms. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Add the lemon juice , grated zestPour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for 12 hours.

- Place the cubes in the blender or food processor and mix at maximum speed until you get a thick cream.
