Wood represents a huge waste of precious material. It's easy to reuse and recycle, yet it often ends up in landfill., While plastic is triumphing in furniture and design. To get an idea of the potential of wood recycling within a home, just look at what the Itlas company has done with the Ecos project. Managing to combine design, research, and sustainability, as is the case with wooden buildings.

The Ecos project features four collections: Online Industriale, Online, Tecno Smart, and LeRighe Fine-Line. Ecos wood, derived from small scraps, is transformed into boards boasting excellent aesthetic and functional qualities, integrated with a unique technology.

Itlas's product line not only valorises waste materials, reduces waste (including those in landfills), but also highlights design and innovation: an approach that encourages consumers and architects to choose sustainable materials.
