Salt toothpaste
Has a whitening effect On teeth, it disinfects the gums and removes plaque. It can be used once a week or every two weeks. To make it, mix one tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of baking soda. Sprinkle the resulting solution onto a damp toothbrush to create a light cleaning lather.
Ingredients
- sea salt finely ground
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)
Preparation
- Grind the salt until it is very fine (important to avoid scratching the enamel).
- Place the coconut oil in a small bowl.
- Add salt and mix well until you get a paste.
- Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil and mix.
- Store the mixture in a small jar.
Aloe vera toothpaste
Aloe vera has many beneficial properties, including dental health. A natural toothpaste can be made by mixing four tablespoons of aloe vera gel withaloe vera, a teaspoon of kaolin, and four drops of peppermint essential oil. Once the solution is obtained, pour it into a glass container and store it in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of gel aloe vera (pure)
- 1 tbsp sodium bicarbonate
- coconut oil
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional)
Preparation
- Place the aloe gel in a small bowl.
- Add the baking soda and mix well.
- Add the coconut oil.
- Add the drops of peppermint essential oil.
- Mix until you get a smooth paste.
Strawberry toothpaste
Another way to whiten your teeth naturally is to brush them with a toothpaste made with strawberries Seasonal. Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with a tablespoon of mashed strawberries to make a ready-to-use solution. Apply it directly to your toothbrush and brush your teeth as usual.
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 Strawberries mature
- ½ teaspoon of Sodium bicarbonate
- Coconut oil (optional)
Preparation
- Mash the strawberries well with a fork until you obtain a puree.
- Add the sodium bicarbonate.
- Add the coconut oil and mix until creamy.
Tea Tree Oil Toothpaste
A natural remedy to fight bacteria and disinfect the mouth consists in using a toothpaste tea tree oilWe can get this essential oil at any herbalist's shop and add four or five drops to a solution made from a tablespoon of baking soda and a tablespoon of white clay. This makes an excellent toothpaste that keeps for a long time at room temperature and helps fight bad breath.
Ingredients
- 2 spoons of coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sodium bicarbonate
- 3–5 drops of Tea Tree essential oil
- Optional: 5 drops of peppermint essential oil for fresher breath
Preparation
- Melt the coconut oil slightly if it is solid.
- Add the baking soda and mix until you get a smooth paste.
- Add the drops of Tea Tree Oil (and, if you like, the peppermint oil).
- Mix well and store in a small glass jar.

Necessary
- 1 bicarbonate spoon
- 3 tablespoons white clay
- 5 drops of peppermint or lemon essential oil
Preparation
- Gently mix all the ingredients to obtain a smooth powder.
- Wet the toothbrush before dipping it in the powder.
