La beeswax-based cream It is a very versatile natural product, which can be used in different ways and is easy to prepare at home. At home, saving money and being sure of making a natural product, you can make different combinations, mixing beeswax with honey (preferably chestnut) and avocado, with tea tree oil or almond oil.

With honey
To nourish particularly dry skin, make your own cream with beeswax and honey, preferably chestnut.
Ingredients
- 50 grams of chestnut honey
- 60 grams of beeswax
- 125 ml avocado oil
- 125 ml of olive oil
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
- 10 drops of oil lavender essence
- 10 drops of frankincense oil.
Preparation
- Melt the beeswax in a bain-marie and then gradually add all the oils
- Mix and let cool for a couple of hours.
This beeswax and honey cream is very soft and is ideal for use at night.
With tea tree oil
Those who have oily skin you can opt for beeswax cream with tea tree oil.
Ingredients
- 20 grams of beeswax
- 10 drops of tea tree oil
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 20 ml of rose water
Preparation
- Melt the dose of beeswax and mix it with the extra virgin olive oil, the rose water and the tea tree oil.
- Blend the resulting mixture and then place it in a suitable jar for storage.
With sweet almond oil
Ingredients
- Un not very large piece of beeswax
- 3 spoons of sweet almond oil
- 1 tablespoon of clay tonic water
- 6 tablespoons of lavender essential oil.
Preparation
- After melting the wax, add the almond oil and mix.
- To the lukewarm mixture, add the spoonful of tonic water to the clay and you will see a gelatinous and lumpy layer appear that will dissolve when mixed well.
- Finally, it will be the turn of the lavender essential oil: at that point your cream is ready.
With cocoa butter
Another idea is to add cocoa butter to the beeswax, to obtain a cream particularly suitable for cleansing the face.

- A spoonful of beeswax
- A spoonful of cocoa butter
- Three tablespoons of jojoba oil
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil
Preparation
- Melt the mixture in a bain-marie and then add a spoonful of distilled water.
- Once everything has cooled down, add a dozen drops of lemon essential oil and your beeswax cream is ready.
How to store beeswax cream
The creams must then be kept in a cool place, away from light and sun, so that they last a long time, even 6 months. Finally, when consuming, always use a spoon and not your hands to scoop out the cream you need, and if you notice significant changes in color or odor, do not use it; it is effectively expired.
