At home, we waste too much water every day. This is especially true in the bathroom, when we perform the simplest and most frequent personal hygiene tasks, such as washing our hands . If we leave the faucet running while we soap up, we've wasted at least half a liter of water (this is a rough estimate, because the longer we lather, the more water wasted, the more likely it is to increase). And this figure should be multiplied by all the times we wash our hands with soap throughout the day.
On the other hand, domestic water waste is one of the most frequent, yet it could be avoided everywhere, from the bathroom to the kitchen, with a few simple precautions , which in a short time can become good habits.
