Mulberry jam, made from small fruits very similar in size and flavor to blackberries, is a true delight. It's easy to make at home, but it's almost impossible to find it outside with wholesome ingredients, starting with mulberries.
Ingredients
- 1 kg of mulberries
- 500 grams of sugar
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Wash the mulberries thoroughly, delicately, remove the stalks and then boil them for about 10 minutes in a pan with lemon juice.
- Pass them through a food mill to remove the seeds and impurities and continue cooking for about an hour.
- Place the mulberry jam in the sterilized jars and clean and stored in a cool, dry place.

To prepare the jam of mulberries with your food processor, remember to halve the doses because the jug contains a maximum of 1 litre of liquid.

- 250 grams of sugar
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Wash the mulberries carefully, place them in the jug with the lemon juice, 10 min, 100°, speed 2.
- Remove them from the jug and pass them through a food mill to remove seeds and impurities.
- Place them back in the jug with the sugar and finish cooking for 50 minutes, Varoma, speed 2.
- Pour the boiling jam into jars and store in a cool, dry place.
