GINKGO BILOBA
ORIGINS
I benefits Ginkgo biloba's health and wellness benefits have been known since ancient times. Native to Asia, the plant appears to have survived ancient times, as fossils dating back 200 million years have been found. It was imported to Europe in the 18th century and grows up to 30 meters tall. It is also very long-lived, living for about 1000 years.

BENEFITS OF GINKGO BILOBA
Ginkgo biloba leaves contain blood-thinning terpenes: ginketol, isiginketol, bilabetol, and ginkolide. These belong to the polyphenol and flavonoid family and work by counteracting the formation of free radicals.

GINKGO BILOBA INFUSION

Necessary
- 1 tablespoon ginkgo biloba leaves
- 1 cup of water
Method
- Pour the leaves into the boiling water and turn off the heat.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Filter the infusion and drink it.
