PARIS-LONDON BY BIKE
A dream come true for all two-wheel lovers: leaving Paris and arriving in London, by bike. A connect the two European capitals, a bicycle path just over 470 kilometers long and built using old abandoned railways, country roads and actual cycle paths.
Inaugurated in 2012, two months before the start of the Olympics, the route Avenue Verte, this is its name, starts from the Notre Dame cathedral and after having crossed the enchanting places of the French and English countryside arrives directly in LondonThe only part that is not accessible by bike is obviously the stretch along the English Channel, which can be traveled by ferry.

AVENUE VERTE
The route, although challenging, it is not particularly difficult also because it is mostly flat, especially the stretch that from Paris reaches the sea along the banks of the rivers Seine, Marne and Epte. It becomes slightly more tiring once you reach the other side of the Channel. It generally requires 4 7-days depending on your training level, the number of stops you choose to make and their duration.
A special way to have a holiday on two wheels and to visit many of those enchanting places that we get lost with classic tourist itineraries.
