DETOXIFIING HERBAL TEAS

ST. JOHN'S WORT, LEMON BALM AND GINGER

And did you know you can make a delicious detox tea with ginger? Simply add a little grated ginger to a tea or soup to counteract the feeling of congestion typical of a fever.

Here's how to prepare it:
- Cut the ginger into thin slices, keeping in mind that you will need about 4-5 slices for each cup.
- Boil enough water for each cup you want to make, add the ginger slices, and then reduce the heat to low.
- Boil until you begin to smell the unmistakable ginger aroma.

Ingredients:
- 30 g birch (leaves) (in percentage: 30%)
- 30 g orthosiphon (leaves) (in percentage: 30%)
- 20 g dandelion (roots) (in percentage: 20%)
- 10 g liquorice (roots) (in percentage: 10%)
- 10 g rosemary (leaves) (in percentage: 10%)
For every litre of boiling water you will need approximately 10-20 grams of the preparation: leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
