  •  coconut oil o olive oil (great for hydrating the skin)
  • A pinch of honey (optional, but excellent for its antibacterial and hydrating properties)
  • Half a lemon
Always try to choose good quality ingredients, which make the natural preparation more effective.

Preparation

  • Mix In a bowl, mix a spoonful of full-fat plain yogurt with a spoonful of turmeric and a teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil.
  • Add a few drops of lemon.
  • Hold in pose, in direct contact with the skin, for at least 20 minutes. And only then rinse.
  • The effect will be immediate. This pack, in fact, lightens, purifies the skin and fights the formation of wrinkles.
  • If you have sensitive skin, you can make the same mask by mixing nourishing and light jojoba oil with turmeric.

Turmeric cream can help improve the appearance of wrinkles, especially thanks to the combined action of its ingredients, although it should not be considered a "miracle" treatment.

Turmeric contains curcumin, a substance with antioxidant properties. Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which contribute to skin aging and loss of elasticity.

Turmeric-based anti-wrinkle cream can therefore:

  • help keep skin brighter;
  • reduce redness and mild inflammation;
  • improve the appearance of dull or stressed skin.

Yogurt, on the other hand, naturally contains lactic acid, a gentle exfoliant that:

  • removes dead cells,
  • makes the skin surface smoother,
  • improves brightness.

The recommended frequency of use of the natural anti-wrinkle cream based on turmeric is:

  • 1–2 times a week
  • If you have sensitive skin, start with a dosage of  Once a week.
  • Avoid daily use, as turmeric and yogurt can irritate or dry out some skin if used too often.

After application:

  • rinse well;
  • apply a gentle moisturizer;
  • During the day, use sunscreen.
