Here's how to proceed:
- Wash four persimmons and cut them in half to remove the seeds. If the persimmons are organic and therefore not treated with chemicals, also keep them the outer peel.
- Blend the persimmons, adding a pinch of cinnamon powder or mint to taste.
- Cover the dryer shelves with baking paper and then pour the mixture obtained trying to create a uniform layer.
- After about 30 hours, the timing varies depending on the thickness of the sweets, with the help of scissors, cut the mixture into small pieces and here are your homemade candies ready, naturally very sweet and without added sugar.
