Tconsulta is a very courageous creation , created by two thirty-year-olds, at a time when stagnant salaries in Italian companies, both public and private, are compounded by psychological distress . One in three workers admits to suffering from stress . And this negatively impacts not only their professional performance, but also their personal life.

CONSULT THE PLATFORM AGAINST STRESS AT WORK
The Tconsulta project, created by Guglielmo Falez and Tommaso Signorini , is simple and based on a very easy-to-use platform. With a simple click, you can access one-on-one online psychological counseling , as well as self-assessment tests and online courses. All aimed at improving your psychological and physical well-being (the startup's motto is: "A healthy mind in a healthy corporate environment"). Potential clients aren't so much individual workers as companies, which, within the scope of corporate welfare , can also offer this service to their employees. Among its special projects, Tconsulta collaborates with PermessoNegato to offer a free psychological first aid service to victims of non-consensual pornography, regardless of gender. Furthermore, a partnership with the Università Telematica degli Studi provides free access to the platform for all students enrolled at the online university.
