Preparation

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and then add the mascarpone. You can add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and liqueur, depending on your taste. For a lighter cream, you can skip the eggs and simply whip the mascarpone with the powdered sugar.
- Unroll the biscuit dough and generously spread the filling. Now gently fold it over itself and make a diagonal cut.
- We place the log on a serving dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate dark chocolate and then let it cool.
- Whip the cream and add the dark chocolate, mix the ingredients until they are combined.
- Put the ganache in a piping bag and cover the log.
