There are associations that truly work miracles. One of these is the non-profit organization founded by Alessandro Frigiola and Silvia Cirri, entitled "Children with heart disease around the worldThey go everywhere, even to the most at-risk areas of the planet, due to wars and natural disasters, to save the lives of children with heart problems.

CHILDREN WITH HEART PATIENTS IN THE WORLD IRAQ –
The last mission is scheduled for September and concerns Iraq, where the incidence of heart disease is five times higher than the world average, and there are already 5 children on the waiting list for a curative operation that holds the top spot. "It's a dream come true, and we have ensured through good training the creation of an entire staff of people who will follow the new hospital department.» says Frigiola, head of cardiac surgery at the Policlinico San Donato in Milan,
CHILDREN WITH HEART PATIENTS IN THE WORLD KURDISTAN –
And so, for Kurdistan, an autonomous region on the border with Iraq, an entire team will leave, led by Halkawt Nuri, a young heart surgeon who completed his training at thehospital Milanese. He will be accompanied by about ten healthcare workers: doctors, nurses, and anesthetists. This staff should ensure a weekly schedule of interventions.
CHILDREN WITH HEART PATIENTS IN THE WORLD SYRIA –
During the same period, the association "Children with Heart Disease in the World" will resume contact to reopen the operational mission in Damascus, Syria: a sign of hope in a country devastated by civil war. And a way to demonstrate that even under the bombs, thanks to the courage of the volunteers, the lives of thousands of children can be saved.
