Bruno Berti is a victim of high utility bills . His business spans from construction to restaurants, and he's been hit hardest in the latter sector. Among his businesses in Viareggio and the Cinque Terre is Il Porto , where the electricity bill in August usually didn't exceed €2.500-€2.700. Yet in August 2022, it skyrocketed to €15.

But despite the company's current situation, and also thanks to the fact that business is still strong, Berti made a generous gesture towards his 55 employees . During the end-of-season dinner, he informed everyone that he would personally pay the workers' gas and electricity bills for December and January. A similar experience to that of Siro Della Flora , who gave his employees €1.500 in cash as a bonus for their bills.

Bruno Berti, who also runs a catering company (Ideal Party Luxor), is convinced that without the personal support of entrepreneurs, it will be impossible to address the dramatic rise in utility bills for so many families struggling to cope with the rising cost of living. So he decided to make his gift, estimated at around 50-60 euros.
