The Speculoos pastry shop had become an institution for the residents of Martignano, a hamlet of Trento. All thanks to the work and professional skills of Alice SerafiniAlice, 32, a pastry chef trained under the guidance of great chefs like Eneko Atxa, in Italy and abroad.
